昨天原定的郊遊活動取消, 所以晚上去行天宮圖書館看電影, 這裡每週六晚上會放電影or小型音樂會, 也有很多設計類的原文書, 光是室內設計的當期雜誌就有近10本, 當初就是室內設計的同學到這來借書才會認識這間圖書館

 

心中的小星星是一部印度電影, 一個活潑的小三男孩, 已被留級一次, 他不寫功課, 成天鬧事, 考試0分考卷還扔給狗撕掉, 轉眼間又要被留級, 爸爸迫不得以只好把他送到boarding school, boarding school 管教嚴厲, 小孩被罵更嚴重還被打, 他變的什麼也不說, 什麼也不作… 直到年輕的代課美術老師因為曾有相同經歷, 直覺這個小孩在崩潰邊緣, 才發現這小孩有讀寫障礙, 幫助他認字,  發現他的繪畫天份, 建立自己的信心, 小孩從此脫胎換骨..

 

其實我想說的是心理機轉, 小朋友覺得挫折, 別人會的他為什麼學不會, 乾脆不寫作業就不必說自己怎麼就是不會, 滿肚子的氣讓他在學校,跟別的小孩之間都出現問題. 老師跟爸媽都認為他是不認真, 不聽話, 卻不知道他真的學不會, 不知道別的家長來complain其實是他家的小孩先動手, 本來在家淘皮導蛋還可以發洩, 到了boarding school 這樣也不行, 連叛逆的權利都被撥奪.

 

我们認為理所當然的事, 並不是對每一個人都是理所當然......

一直以為威爾史密斯是一個喜劇演員, 直到看到這部片才開始注意到他除了喜劇之外的部份

其實看這部電時, 我覺得挺感動的, 尤其是爸爸騙小孩躲恐龍躲在廁所過夜, 也許是心酸加上害怕被發現踢出去沒地方過夜, 坐在地上掉眼淚...

戲裏的爸爸面對困境卻仍能以幽默的態度來面對

想想自己其實很幸運, 即使曾經落到一無所有, 卻不必擔心沒地方住

想想自己雖然一直很努力, 其實從未真正放下自己的自尊與驕傲, 單純的全力以赴; 總是認為別人應該要能夠看得到自己是什麼樣的人, 不屑刻意爭取別人的認同

Sorry. I won't be able to tell you why I like these films exactly... just not good at it.   If you have time, go to the theater, rent a DVD OR you might  find it on cable like I did.

 

" Taxi " (計程車) -- Just very funny. Makes me laugh all the time.

" Lethal Weapon " (致命武器?) series  -- A friend said this guy is a psycho. Maybe. But I love it.

 

" Tomas Crown Affair " -- Pierce Brosnan, Rene Roso.. Just found this is a remake of  a 1968 film of same name. Also same director of " The hunt of Red Oct "(獵殺紅色10月), which I like very much too. Couldn't be sure  she is the same person at Lethal Weapon 4. Look at her, older but glamorous and charming. By the way, Pierece Brosnan is of course handsome and cute as usual.

 

" Elizabeth Town " (伊莉莎白鎮) -- Orlando Bloom, Kristin Dunst, Susan Sarandon, this movie is so funny. Thing I never do  in my life, I mean the way they speak or do it. 

 

" War and Peace " (戰爭與和平) -- Audrey Hepburn.. Never knew there is such a movie till saw it on cable. Such a naive story but everybody can be the same.  

 

" Inside Man " (臥底) -- Clive Owen, Denzel Washington.. Very interesting bank robbery movie.

 

"Closer" (偷情)-- good cast. tricky, human and completely different from my world (maybe this is movie about). The end of the film, the look of Natalia Portman is so charming.

 

"Australia" (澳大利亞) -- What can I say. I love this film. Hugh Jackman is the perfect man!

"Point of no return"  -- Bridget Fonda in 1993, old movie. Co-star: Gabriel Byrne, Dermot Mulroney. In this movie, Bridget act as an trained assasin. I started to listen to Nina Simone because of this film. Possibly I also need a new life.
